2. Off-Site Hauling: If there is no dumpster available on-site, or if you require the items to be hauled away to a disposal facility, a different service rate will apply to cover transportation and disposal fees.

5. Standard Rate: The standard per-piece rate applies exclusively to items wrapped and moved to an on-site dumpster or disposal area provided by the client/property.

6. Off-Site Disposal: If no on-site dumpster is available, an additional Hauling & Disposal Fee will apply. This rate is determined by the volume of items and local disposal facility costs.

7. Safety First: Items must be accessible. Grace & Mercy Exterminating reserves the right to refuse the removal of items that pose an immediate structural or safety hazard to our team.

• Non-Washable Exclusion: Please note that Grace & Mercy Exterminating does not service non-washable items (such as leather, certain delicate silks, or dry-clean-only specialty garments).
